Looks like karma is catching up. Another hunter died as his buddy slipped on some mud and fired at him in the back while hunting in Northern Utah. Cache County deputies reported that four men were on a hunting trip killing pheasants at around 2pm when one man slipped on mud and fired his 12 gauge shotgun at his buddy, Newbold. He was transported to a hospital where he died from his wounds.
Authorities say that the death was an accident and would not press any criminal charges . One thing is for sure, the pheasants have one less hunter after them.
